for developing National Accounts, basically in the electronics area. Had
$80,000 Personal Production in the first six months of operations. In May
1977, joined Inter-City Personnel Associates (IPA). Was awarded by IPA
the "Most Progressive New Agency" Award for 1977-1978,
"Top Recruiting" Award also was achieved, and were fourth in the
IPA System of total placements. "Top Producing Agency" and
"Top Counselor" in IPA for 1978-1979. Developed a training
tape for IPA on "Successfully Recruiting Applicants" in 1979.
"Top Producing Counselor in IPA for 1979-1980. Was elected IPA
Congressman for Southwestern and Western United States in 1980, and National Chairperson of Congress in 1981. Also in 1981 was
given the George T. Sairs Award, which is a national award for outstanding service to the Personnel Agency
industry. In 1982, left IPA and formed our own Network of offices.
Have completed and performed retained contracts for: Cummins Engine,
Inc. and Eagle Signal Inc., among others, to name a few.
